Aleksandar founded the studio in 2011 with a clear vision — to create more than just a salon, but a space built on craftsmanship, integrity and long-term client trust.
With over 15 years of industry experience, his focus today is on leading the team, shaping the creative direction and maintaining the high standards the studio is known for. While he no longer works behind the chair, his influence is present in every consultation, every colour blend and every client experience.
Aleksandar mentors and guides the team in consultation structure, colour placement, cutting precision and client care — ensuring consistency, quality and continual growth within the salon.
His philosophy remains simple:
Listen first. Create with purpose. Always protect the hair.
The studio reflects his belief that confidence begins with feeling understood — and that great hair should never be accidental.

Working alongside experienced stylists allows her to refine her technique in consultation, colour application and finishing — always prioritising hair health and client comfort.
